When you meet with our designers, they will review all of the options to best suit your needs and budget.  We have found that most often we have a solution that will work for just about anyone’s plans. We recommend non-porous materials such as Luxury Vinyl flooring, waterproof backer board, quartz countertops, and the latest technology in the shower floor and wall surfaces to prevent leaks, hold their colors, and ensure durability.

Specific terms depend on the project, the materials used, and the finish options.  Our material partners also back us up with factory warranties and guarantees. We then ensure you’re covered for any issues that may arise post-completion.

You will have a dedicated contact to guide you through all the stages of your home remodeling project.

From start to finish, every project that we do includes the services of a Project Manager who acts as a point of contact and whose job it is to keep you involved in the progress being made. Any questions that you may have throughout the process can be easily addressed by the Project Manager or our Office Manager if they are unavailable.

Home remodeling projects that involve only interior work can usually be done at any time. Work that will involve certain types of outdoor work can also be done most of the year, but it may be advisable to avoid storm season or periods when it is below freezing to prevent potential weather delays. Homeowners can plan the best time to schedule their projects during the project planning stage so that our installers are in the home when it is most convenient for our clients and will allow them the ability to do their best work.

Depending on the scope of the project, Our Project Manager will instruct you on what should be done to prepare the house so that work can begin. They will explain which furnishings and personal items should be moved from specific rooms and anything else that should be done so work can commence.
