Includes: Tear out down to studs, new backer board, For shower/tub sizes up to 32x60” and up to 86” high on the walls with our recommended Tile Guide options only. The budget is for ceramic or porcelain tile costing up to $5.00 per sqft. Metal trim edging is also recommended and is available in standard colors. Detail features, different tile sizes, cost per sqft, and special patterns will increase the total price by $95 per sqft. Shower accessories such as recessed shelves, corner shelves, and accent or edge trims will be listed as separate line items.
